ay 26^th April 2011, the Indo Malay PLC announced First and Final Dividend of Rs.10.60 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year end of 2010/2011.

The dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders approvals in Annual General Meeting on 3^rd June 2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 6^th June 2011 and the payment will be on 14^th June 2011.
