21^st April 2011, Nestle Lanka PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.22.50 per share for the financial year of 2010.

The Dividend announcement needs the Shareholders approvals on the Annual General Meeting on 25^th May 2011 on Wednesday.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 26^th May 2011 and the payment will be on 3^rd June 2011, on subject to approvals.
