23^rd May 2011, the CIC holding PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share for Voting and Non Voting Ordinary shares for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend will be 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The Above Dividend announcement is Subject to Approvals on Annual General Meeting on 30^th June 2011.
