24^th May Citrus Leisure PLC announced, the Kalpitiya Beach Resort Limited a Subsidiary of Citrus Leisure PLC invests Colombo Land & Development Company.

The investment was worth of Rs. 399.748 million. The Company acquires 19,987,400 shares at the Price of Rs.20 each.
