Today 20^th May 2011, the Hayleys PLC announced the First and Final Dividend of Rs.4.00 per share as First and Final Dividend for the financial year 2010/2011.

The Dividend is subjective to the shareholders approvals at AGM on 29^th June 2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 30^th June 2011 and the Payment will be on 8^th July 2011.
