26^th May 2011, the Hemas Holdings PLC declares Final Dividend of Rs.0.25 per Share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend will be on 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholders Approvals on Annual General Meeting at 30^th June 2011.
