27^th May 2011, the Richard Pieris and Company PLC declares the Final dividend of Rs.0.10 per shares for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex dividend date will be 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 8th July 2011.

The Above dividend announcement is subjective to the shareholder Approvals on AGM 30^th June 2011.
