Today 31^st May 2011, the Union Chemicals Lanka PLC announced the Final Dividend of Rs.6.00 per share for the financial year of 2010.

The Ex Dividend date will be 13^th June 2011 and the Payment will be on 14^th June 2011.

The Above Dividend announcement is subject to the shareholders approvals on AGM on 10^th June 2011.
