Today 23^rd June 2011, the Alliance Finance Company PLC announced first and final Dividend of Rs.27.50 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 1^st August 2011 and the Payment will be on 5^th August 2011.

The dividend is subjective to the shareholders approvals on the AGM on 29^th July 2011.
