6^th June 2011, the Sunshine Holdings PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.0.30 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 1^st August 2011 and the payment will be on 9^th August 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subject shareholders approvals on the AGM on 29^th July 2011.
