8^th July 2011, the Arpico Finance Company PLC declares the First and Final Dividend of Rs.2.00 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

 The Ex Dividend date will be 9^th August 2011 and the Payment will be on 15^th August 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to shareholders Approvals on 8^th August 2011 AGM.
