25^th July 2011, the Brown & Company PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange the Browns Investment Limited, which is a subsidiary of Brown & Company PLC has purchased 100% of Excel Global Holdings (Pvt) Limited Shares at the Consideration of Rs.875 Million.

The Excel Global Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a 100% shareholding company of Millennium Development (Pvt) Ltd who holds the long term Lease of Excel World Property located in Darley Road.
