11^th July 2011, the Central Finance Company PLC declares final Dividend of Rs.5.00 per share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be on 22^nd August 2011 and the payment will be on 30^th August 2011.

The Dividend is subjective to the shareholders approval on AGM 19^th August 2011.
