8^th July 2011, the Colombo Investment Trust PLC declares the First and Final Dividend of Rs.1.50 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

 The Ex Dividend date will be 23^rd August 2011 and the Payment will be on 1^st September 2011.

The Dividend announcement is subjective to shareholders Approvals on 22^nd August 2011 AGM.
