Today 6^th July 2011, the Lanka ORIX Leasing Company PLC will issue

 The Managers of the issue will be First Capital Limited and the Trustee will be Bank of Ceylon.

These Senior, Unsecured, Redeemable, Rated Debentures will be tenures of 4 and 5 years and will carry semi Annual Interest coupons of 11.70% and 11.90% respectively.

The funds rise will be utilized for retire part of the Companies short term Debts.
