11^th July 2011, the On’ Ally Holdings PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.1.35 per share. The Dividend is for the financial year of 2010/2011.

 The Ex Dividend date will be 21^st July 2011 and the Payment will be on 28^th July 2011.
