3^rd August 2011, the Secretaries & Registrars Pvt) Ltd announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Citrus Leisure PLC Acquired 51% of the stake of Lotus Travels International (Pvt) Ltd by investing Rs.612,000.00 at the rate of Rs10.00 per share.
