29^th August 2011, The Coco Lanka PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement is Subject to the Shareholders Approvals on AGM on 16^th September 2011.

Once the declaration approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 19^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 21^st September 2011
