The Colombo Fort Land and Building Company PLC Declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs.0.20 per Share for the Financial Year of 2010/2011. The announced has made on 19^th August 2011, while the Company has made date announcement on 26^th August 2011.


The Dividend Announcement is Subject to Shareholders’ Approval s on AGM on 30^th September 2011.

Once it’s approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 3^rd October 2011 and the Payment will be on 12^th October 2011.
