10^th August 2011, The Elpitiya Plantations PLC declares the First & Final Dividend of Rs.0.36 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General Meeting on 26^th September 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 27^th September 2011 and the Payment will be made on 5^th October 2011.

The Elpitiya Plantations PLC is in the business of Production and Processing Tea, Rubber and Palm Oil. The Company have been established in 1992 and listed on CSE from 2000.
