8^th August 2011, The Harischandra Mills PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.15.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General Meeting on 24^th September 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 26^th September 2011 and the Payment will be made on 4^th October 2011.
