The Industrial Asphalts (Ceylon) PLC Declares the Final Dividend of Rs.1.50 per Share for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is Subject to Shareholders’ Approval s on AGM on 23^rd September 2011.

Once it’s approved in AGM, the Ex Dividend date will be on 26^th September 2011 and the Payment will be on 4^th October 2011.
