11^th August 2011, The J.L.Morison, Son & Jones (Ceylon) PLC declares the Second & Final Dividend of Rs.20.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Above Dividend is applicable for the Voting and Non Voting shareholders and these Dividends are Tax Fee.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General Meeting on 23^rd September 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement in AGM, the ex Dividend date will be on 26^th September 2011 and the Payment will be made on 30^th September 2011.
