2^nd August 2011, the PWCS announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Finco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd Divested 28,860,000 shares of its Holding in OGL at an average Price of Rs. 21.56 per share.

PCH Holdings (Pvt) Ltd and Mr. S H M Rishan acquire 28,007,500 shares (51% of OGL). And the Finco Holdings (Pvt) Ltd continues to hold 4,632,425 Shares of OGL (8.44%)
