The Sierra Cable PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company has proposed to Setup a Factory to Manufacture PVC and HDPE Pipes alone with Sierra Industries (Pvt) Ltd.

The Sierra Cable PLC will hold 50% of the shareholdings with Sierra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd.
