11^th August 2011, The Sigiriya Village Hotels PLC declares First & Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend Announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals in Annual General Meeting on 16^th September 2011.

Once Shareholders approved the Dividend announcement in AGM, the ex Dividend date will be on 19^th September 2011 and the Payment will be made on 27^th September 2011.
