The East West properties PLC made an Announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange that the company subsidiary Weligama Hotel Properties (Pvt) Ltd has made an memorandum of Understanding with Luxury Hotels International Management company and an Interim Advisory service agreement with Marriott International Design & Construction Service Inc to build 150 Rooms Star Hotel in Weligama Bay, Matara District.
