The East West Properties PLC acquire 51% stake (4,930,709 Ordinary Shares) of Peoples Media network (Pvt) Ltd for a consideration of Rs. 49,307,090.00

The Peoples Media network (Pvt) Ltd has License to operate and Maintain Radio Broadcasting service and Radio Broadcasting Networks in Srilanka, also has a License to operate and Maintain Private Television broadcasting station and Television broadcasting networks in Srilanka.

Currently the Peoples Media network (Pvt) Ltd operates 9 Radio Frequencies and 2 Television Frequencies.
