The individual can obtains Home of 75% of the total EPF Balance, and the interest will be 13% on Loan value.

My loan Application against EPF had been approved by labor department at Narahenpita before one year but I could not get the loan from The HDFC bank at Homagama. Now my problem is ,Whether can I obtain that loan now and the approved application at that time is valid even now
