The Renuka Holding Announced to Colombo Stock Exchange the Amended Dividend announcement on 27^th September 2011, as

The company has declares the Final Dividend of Rs 0.70 per Share for the financial year of 2010/2011. The Dividend is Applicable to Voting and Non Voting Shares of the Renuka Holdings PLC.

The Dividend announcement is subject to the Shareholders Approvals on 27^th September 2011.

Once it’s approved, the Ex Dividend date will be on 28^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 30^th September 2011.
