The Sinhaputhra Finance PLC announced the AGM, Ex Dividend and Payment dates to Colombo Stock Exchange.

The Final Dividend of Rs.0.75 per share for the financial year of 2011

The dividend announcement is subject to shareholders approvals on AGM on 29^th September 2011.

Once it does approve the ex Dividend will be on 30^th September 2011 and the payment will be on 10^th October 2011.
