The Laugfs Gas Made an Announcement to Colombo Stock Exchange that the, Employee Provident Funds Acquires 33 Million Ordinary Voting shares at the Price of Rs.48 each.

The Transaction has been made on 10^th October 2011 with the total Considerations of Rs. 1,584 Million.

After the Sell, the Laugfs Holdings Limited holds 227 Million shares from 260 Million Shares.
