The Corporate Advisory Services (Private) Limited Announced to Colombo Stock Exchange, due to the Enactment of the Revival of Underperforming and Underutilized assets Act No 43 of 2011.

All the shares of Hotel Developers (Lanka) PLC have been vested with the secretary to the Treasury, for and on Behalf of the Government of Srilanka. Thus, the Secretary to the Treasury is the Sole Shareholder.

Due to Circumstances, it is hereby notified that Annual general Meeting and the extraordinary General Meeting are cancelled.
