3^rd November 2011, the Navara Capitals (Pvt) Ltd announced that the Company has sold 728,800 Ordinary Voting Shares of the Infrastructure Developers PLC (IDL) Ltd at the Price of Rs.114 each.

The Shares in Transects 15% of the IDL’s Stated Capital. The Navara Capitals (Pvt) Ltd holds the 3,924,400 Ordinary Voting Shares represent 80.79% of IDL Stake.
