20^th October 2011, the Sierra Cables PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange that the Company has entered a Joint Venture agreement with the T&G Electrical, Norway.

The Joint Ventured Company T&G Lanka (Pvt) Ltd is a BOI Company to Manu factor and Exports Fiber Optical Cables.

The T&G Electrical is a leading Supplier of Electricals and Fiber Optic Connections, Cables Systems and harnesses.

The Joint ventures will be good focus to the Sierra Cables PLC to improve Businesses and Expand More Diversified Businesses in the Field.
