The Tess Agro PLC announced the First & Final Dividend of Rs 0.05 per Share for the Financial year of 2010/2011.

The Dividend announcement needs to Approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting on 19^th October 2011.

The Ex Dividend date was 18^th October 2011 and the Payment was 27^th October 2011.
