The Renuka Agri Food PLC invests Rs. 250 Million on Richlife Dairies Ltd by the way of cumulative convertible and redeemable debentures on 28^th September 2012.

The investments are indicating the high need of the dairy products in srilanka; the new investment may help Richlife to improve their production and distribution effectively with new technological improvements in sector.
