The National Transport Commission (NTC) will organize an additional fleet of buses to supplement to the inter-provincial transport services concurrent to school vocation period of December 2 to January 2, 2013.

These services are schedule outside normal timetables from Colombo Bus Terminals.  The operators are directed to commence journey the moment all sears are occupied by passengers and tickers are issued to passengers before takeoff since there were complaints that excess fares are being levied by bus crews.
