The Government of Srilanka encourage to improving English standard in order to compete with these modernize world. The Programme of English as a Life Skill, the President Secretariats and Ministry of Education  launched new DVD for enhancing listening and speaking skills in English for students in grade 10 and 11.

And toolbox of activities for spoken English for grade 6 to grade 11 starts on 19^th February 2013.
