Target Student Groups:
Presently employed as therapists in the fields health care and tourism, self employed as therapists, beauticians and those intending to pursue a career in Ayurvadic therapy

- Panchakarma,

- Maintaining Service Quality,
- Service Promotion,
- Work Ethics and Professional Standards
Resource Persons: Experts in the Fields of Ayurveda and Tourism
Entry Requirements:
- Presently employed as a therapist/beautician in the field of Ayurveda health care or tourism sector, OR
- Work experience at a recognized institution as a therapist/beautician more than one year, OR
- Presently self employed as a therapist/beautician, OR
- Passed in G.C.E. (O/L) with Credits for Mathematics, Science and Language (in not more than two attempts) AND
- Medical fitness certificate from a registered medical practitioner, Applicants should be above 18 years and should have height of 5ft. minimum.
Medium: Sinhala/English
Venue: Provincial Ayurveda Training Centre, Pallekele, Kundasale
Duration: 36 weekends (Saturdays or Sundays)

Call in personally, or send your request for application on or before 21st May 2013 to the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Management Studies, P.O. Box 02, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, Belihuloya, together with a self-addressed stamped envelope (23cm x 10cm). The dully filled application along with other required documents, a copy of paying voucher for LKR 2000.00 (Application Processing Fee) and a photocopy of the bank payment slip should reach the Assistant Registrar, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka, P.O. Box 02, Belihuloya on or before 21st May, 2013. The top left-hand corner of the envelope should bear the words “Diploma in Ayurveda Therapy”.
Applications received after the closing date and incomplete applications will be rejected without intimation. The University reserves the rights to shortlist the applicants if necessary.
