Upadeshana is an Credit Counseling Centre operated by the Sri Lanka Banks’ Association with the support of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.  Upadeshana offers free credit counseling for your financial problems and give alternative solutions to manage your debts.

Upadeshana services include

• Consultation with professional advisors on debt management
• Help to understand the terms and conditions of your borrowings
• Assist to maintain a cordial relationship with your borrowing institution thereby avoiding additional borrowing costs and possible legal action.
• Advisory services on financial management, restructuring your repayment process, managing your credit card debt, settling personal loans, guidance and support for investment of loan funds.

All these services are provided FREE OF CHARGE whilst maintaining customer confidentiality
