Hotel dining in Colombo has never been such a heady and hearty experience as it is with us at Flavoured. While it is Cinnamon Red’s primary hotel restaurant, Flavoured prepares a feast that embodies the best of international cuisine, offering an abundance of choices from our buffet spread to an a-la-carte menu.
Flavoured sports a series of specialty action stations that include a tandoori oven, Chinese wok station, pasta bar, charcoal grill, hopper station and self-service coffee machine in addition to our daily spreads at breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This aesthetically Spanish restaurant comes with a hint of Mediterranean color and an open-style, mosaic kitchen for show cooking – also bringing a sense of the outdoors into our 8th floor restaurant. That’s not to say the spectacular view of Colombo around you won’t do the same!
The L-shaped space can also be easily partitioned into separate areas that can be booked for private meals for a group of up to 70.
