    I have order for delivery one spicy chicken rice. Why is 45mnts to delivery. It’s mean I have to wait 45mnts to eat ? So I have cancelled the order due to poor service. But other all resturent takes only 30 mnts

    Dear KFC customer service manager
    I made and order for a kfc bucket 12pcs and I was promised that the order will be delivered in 45 mints to 1hr. This was solely done as my son likes kfc but to my utter disserpointment even after 2 and 2/1 hrs the food was not delivered. As I tried calling them back the lines were offline and said to call next day. Its so pathetic as to an order took 22/1 hrs to get to my place and it was cancelled and the rider turn back and sent due to poor service. Call center agents promises are limited to mere words and this ain’t the 1st time I have had bad experience with kfc.
    As for now we will not nor recommend anybody to patronise kfc because you can be rest assured if you make and order for dinner that will be delivered for breakfast.

    I have order for deliver burger offer.. But why take more than 1 1/2 hour.. Total waste KFC system for customer service..

        I went to kadawatha kfc at 9.30 pm and ordered two reguler biriyani. But the manager ( Mr. Sanjaya ) said that reguler biriyani is not available and only large biriyani can be provided. He was told that the order could not be placed because I had to understand the situation in the country. At that moment I was in big trouble.

        The same order was delivered through the customer service at the same time and the order was delivered to my home within 30 minutes with delivery charges.
        How does kfc management deal with such employees who are thus despised in our country as a valuable brand in the world?
        It is disgusting to embarrass us, your customers.

      I have online ordered from KFC for 3100 rupees. But they didn’t deliver that for 2 hrs. Poor KFC

    WHY such renowned name-KFC trying to save on sauce packs.
    The Fatty servant at Kottawa outlet (on 10th August 2021).

    Obviously saving is a great practice, but serving mouth enough is a MUST.
    KFC tastes always best with heinz (worldwide), nevertheless please serve KIST (at least) up to customers desire.,, thanks.

    I have been getting calls on where I’m situated from kfc delivery even though I haven’t ordered any food from a restaurant like kfc who has the worst customer service.
    +
    When ever I order they don’t call back to make sure if my online order was taken until they bring it to the door step after 1 hour.

    Poor website, poor management.

    The cam sent to me today was very crunchy and very spicy
    Why the food sent every day to deceive the customers is getting smaller and no one is looking at it

    If you do not send the food to the people fairly, the food is checked the next day and the money is paid

    Sorry when I complain KFC, I was three times in the last day’s at
    Aluthgama Branch and the only Phrase what I her is, Twister not avaiable . We can this happen in a Companie like KFC.

    this is to inform you that i was visit your outlet at one gall face today my invoice number B53513, in the counter your representative was there his name is mr. lahiru , my bill amount is 2960/- i paid by my cargills bank debit card and i ask for the discount what you have advertise and he didn’t give me and same time i ask after checking the bill he said bill has done and cannot change , what is the meaning of your cargills bank advertisement if you are aware with that , and also

    Today I went to KFC at Majestic City. I am a usual customer of this place, but will never due to following reasons.
    1. Very poor cleanliness of table/ chairs
    2. Wash room smells like a public toilet at bus stand.
    3. Ordered 7UP, but delivered pepsi instead.

    I had bad customer satisfaction. I bought two pieces for Rs.670.00. from Matara Branch (that was a wing and thigh) for my two children. it was very disappointment of KFC such a very large and reputed company. I informed this to a some one who delivery operation manger and he informed me what the way KFC combination.
    I feel . this is very unethical and unreasonable combination and I can’t understand the marketing purpose of the KFC. How much is the cost of a chicken wing. costing beyond the customer satisfaction. I observed your employee who gave it me that his behavior uncomfortable to himself.

    I have placed an online oder from nugegoda kfc it took almost 2 hrs to deliver to Mirihana called 2 times to the outlet no is 112856989 poor response and never expect such from kfc.

    I bought Two Regular Biriyani Rice from the Nawala outlet yesterday for my 7 and 11 year old children. Since having it my elder son is vomiting with severe stomach cramps and fever while my younger son complains of stomach aches.
    When I call to the nawala outlet the lady says she was not on duty. I mean what do I care about WHO the HELL was on DUTY???
    KFC and its food has gone down the drain and no wonder mc donalds is doing way better.

    Have you ever compared the pictures of the Veggie Burger against the actual thing? Unbelievably misleading. The patty is so much smaller than the bun. It’s like you’re playing a game of ‘find the patty if you can’.

    One day you’ll end up with Burger King styled law suit for misleading/false advertising.
