24^th May 2011, the Chemanex PLC declares Final Dividend of Rs.1.00 per share for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend will be 1^st July 2011 and the payment will be on 11^th July 2011.

The Above announcement will be subject to shareholders approvals at AGM on 30^th June 2011.
