20^th June 2011, the Central Industries PLC declares the Final Dividend of Rs.2.50 per Share. The Dividend is for the Financial Year of 2010/2011.

The Ex Dividend date will be 27^th July 2011 and the payment will be on 4^th August 2011.

The Above announcement is subjective to the Shareholders Approvals on AGM on 26^th July 2011.
