Today 28^th July 2011, the Lankem Development PLC announced to Colombo Stock Exchange the company consequent to the purchase of Equity of 61.88% of Agarapatana Plantations Ltd at the consideration of Rs. 1,185,431,900.00.

Now Agarapatana Plantations Ltd becomes a subsidiary of Lankem Development PLC.
