The Srilanka Association for Quality organized an 18^th Asia Pacific Quality Conference & Convention on Quality. The Workshops in order to meet the challenges in the 21^st Century and to compete in global market, companies have to excel in their business practices.

To achieve the world class performance the companies needs to compare their business excellence and the self assessment as a continuous improvement approaches.

The workshops will help to improve the self assessment of their organizational performance relate to value of using the criteria to more fully articulate an organization’s attributives, challengers and needs.
