NIBM will assess competency of applicants under the following areas

  • System Thinking
  • Statistical Thinking
  • Creative Thinking
  • Lean Thinking

Duration of the programme

  • The NIBM Six Sigma Black Belt is an extensive 16 day training programme that takes place over a span of 08 weeks (02 days per week)
  • First 14 days will be dedicated to explore the key elements of the Six Sigma system, DMAIC AND DFSS methodologies and its power tools
  • During the last 02 days each participant have to present their Six Sigma Project report
