28^th July the PWCS Announced to Colombo Stock Exchange the Directors of the Spice of Life (Private) Ltd Dr. S.A Gulamhusein and Mr. T.A Gulamhusein is a Directors of the Ceylon and Foreign Traders PLC and Spice of Life (Private) Ltd.

Dr. S.A Gulamhusein holds 36,132,200 Shares of Ceylon and Foreign Traders PLC, and Mr. T.A Gulamhusein holds 260,000 Shares of Ceylon and Foreign Traders PLC (with the Prior Shares).

The Share Swaps are Subject to Shareholders Approvals and the Exchange Approvals.
