The Selinsing PLC made an announcement in Colombo Stock Exchange; that the company has proposed Final Dividend of Rs. 29.50 per Share for the Financial Year of 2011/2012.

And the Selinsing PLC Organized an Annual General Meeting on 31^st May 2012 and the proposed Dividend will be obtain Shareholders Approval in this event. Upon the Shareholders approvals the ex Dividend date will be on 1^st June 2012 and will be paid on 12^th June 2012.
